As a Systems Management Analyst, need to work with a variety of individuals that may include business users, internal and external customers, application developers, QA, project leaders and others with a primary focus on large-scale systems, applications, databases and reports leveraging multiple scheduling tools, processes, and technologies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and support of current internal reporting/forecasting tools
- Gathering business requirements
- Design, develop, and test applications used internally by peers and externally to IT leaders
- Provide technical support for non-programming staff
- Plan and manage assignments of varying scope
- Establish new and drive current business processes
- Collaborate with team members to implement strategies to streamline current system processes
- Analyzing, identifying the patterns in existing environment and providing automation solutions
- Taking initiatives to identify opportunities of automation in existing environment
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Qualifications - External
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher level of education or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in TWS (Mainframe or Distributed) batch scheduling
- 8+ years of experience using Unix Basics
- 8+ years of experience using ITIL Process
- Experience in TWS batch scheduling
- Experience in OPC, JCL
- Experience in troubleshooting scheduling issues
- Good experience in command line utilities composer and conman
- Good knowledge of Unix Basics
- Exposure to TWS version 9.2 & above
- Exposure to ITIL framework
- Exposure to large TWS workshop
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Mainframe scheduling
- Scripting experience
- Knowledge of Cloud
- Knowledge of AI and ML
