Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Full Stack Developer with proven experience in Generative AI, Observability, and Automation, to join our AIOps team. You will help design intelligent applications that power real-time IT operations, service reliability, and autonomous decision-making.
This role is critical to delivering AI-driven solutions across ITSM, Observability, and OnePOC (Operations Command Centre) by integrating AI, real-time telemetry, Power Platform, and GenAI for actionable operational intelligence.

Responsibilities

Full Stack Development for AI-Enhanced IT Ops

Build and maintain full-stack applications that enhance ITSM and command center capabilities.
Create AI-powered, user-centric dashboards for OnePOC and Observability platforms, delivering real-time insights.
Design APIs and microservices to connect AI reasoning engines with CMDB, MELT data, and event monitoring tools.

AI & GenAI Integration for Autonomous Operations

Implement GenAI models (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain) to power incident summarization, RCA prediction, and automated comms.
Build ML pipelines that enable predictive detection of incident trends, alert correlation, and resolution suggestions.
Leverage conversational AI for dynamic engagement during Major Incidents and Event responses.

Observability & Telemetry Integration

Ingest and correlate data from Observability tools (AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, ELK, Prometheus) into AIOps workflows.
Develop AI-enabled health and anomaly dashboards for proactive event management in OnePOC environments.
Drive real-time visualization of the Blast Radius, alerts, and service dependencies to support rapid root cause analysis.

Power Platform Automation & Visualization

Create workflow automation using PowerApps and Power Automate to streamline IT operations and field actions.
Build interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize trends in SR, Change, Release, and Blackout calendars.
Enable data-driven insights from CMDB, ITOM, and alert streams for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on GenAI, Power Platform, and Observability systems in an enterprise IT environment.

Technical Proficiency:

Front-end: JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Material UI, HTML & CSS
Back-end: Python, Node.js, SQL & PostgreSQL
AI/ML: OpenAI APIs, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, LangChain
Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI
Observability Tools: Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, ELK, Prometheus
Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
APIs & Microservices: REST APIs, Flask, FastAPI, event-driven services
APIs: Microsoft Graph API, ServiceNow REST API.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex telemetry and ITSM data.
Effective communicator who can translate AI insights into operational impact for command center stakeholders.
