- Execute pre-defined integration, configuration, and test cases.
- Work with customers, architects, and solution teams to ensure smooth integration of network elements.
- Perform integration tasks on-site or remotely while following guidelines and policies.
- Analyze factual information to identify solutions and resolve integration issues.
- Support troubleshooting and conduct root cause analysis to enhance system performance.
- Provide guidance to new team members on procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient deployment and system functionality.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with proficiency in programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, FTL.
- Strong Linux environment knowledge and database management skills.
- Hands-on expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, GKE, RedHat, Azure, Rancher).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker/containerd, and microservices architecture.
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work in a global team across different time zones.
- Experience with CI/CD, Agile, and Scrum methodologies in a virtual team environment.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Familiarity with open-source components (Keycloak, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MQTT/USP) and GPON domain knowledge, including NOKIA FN products (SDAN, Home WiFi - Corteca).
