We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Requirements:
- Knowledge of system administration and Operating Systems (OS)
- Knowledge of systems hardware
- Good knowledge on installing, configuring, upgrading Windows Server OS
- Good knowledge on Windows Servers OS troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills is a must. Should be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Any other knowledge or expertise besides OS will be considered added value
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, customization and maintenance of the Windows Server operating system and system software products in support of business processing requirements
- Evaluate and integrate new operating system versions, drivers and hardware
- Monitor and tune the system to achieve optimum performance levels in standalone and multi-tiered environment
- Perform incident resolution, problem determination and root cause analysis in accordance with service level
- Recommend and implement modifications to the server environment, Innovation, Ideas to improve
- Preperation of Standard Documents and periodically review them for modifications
- Maintain Server Inventory updated and accurate.
