Leading project engineering team, execution for DCS/PLC up-gradation, migration, rip and replace type of projects for Honeywell installed base.
Participation in Technical Solution finalization
Participates in Sales to projects handover meeting
Responsible for overall engineering deliverables
Work out forecasting of BOM for anticipated orders
C-KOM, site data collection and input gathering.
Site execution planning, manpower planning and team management.
Financial understanding of projects
Review/Prepare the FAT Documentation, HDM/SDM/FDS engineering documentations
Ability to interpret and engineer the systems based on inputs like IO index, P&ID, C&E matrix, HAZOP etc.
Ability to work on DCS / PLC / SCADA systems hardware, engineering, and architecture.
Achieve change orders / service orders for out of scope jobs
Man hour control on spent man-hours for self and project team.
Factory co-ordination for panel manufacturing and in-time completion
Responsible for pre-FAT & FAT testing & demo to customer &sign off
Responsible for Standardization and implementation of Engineering best practices.
Ensures Quality Check on deliverables
Communication with customer/consultant for project correspondences. Have a close coordination with Project and Engineering manager to drive the project based on revenue plans, billing plans and cash collection
Executing Project along with I&C.
Site closure as per HON processes.
Vendor management, selection, PR PO and follow-ups for delivery
Contractor SOW preparation
Required travel 20% to 30% of the time
Follows ISO, HSE and internal processes.
Added advantage to have knowledge and exposure on TPS/TDC3000 system and EPKS C200/C300 systems
Experience in offshore platforms will be an added advantage and the Engineer should be Ready to Travel Offshore platform
