- Role assumes technical responsibility for execution/ reporting /and closure of RM&SS Reliability Maintainability & System Safety. The role holds technical responsibilities for supporting project planning, delivery & tracking project health.
- Respond to customer reliability / safety / maintainability requirements from a requirements & technology standpoint and discuss concepts and solutions with them & evolve.
- Prepare and deliver critical RM&SS documentation.
- Ensure timely information flow among and between team members and implement project-related communication plans and operating systems.
- Collaborate with global cross functional teams to develop and drive common processes, tools and cycle time reduction processes within RM&SS.
- Excellent focus on execution; should ensure responsiveness to customers, team and management.
- Be a growth enabler with an entrepreneur mindset and creating IP portfolios through innovation.
Requirements:
- 03-06 years of overall work experience in reliability & Safety domain.
- masters or bachelors Degree in Electronics or Electrical or Communication or Aerospace engineering or Reliability Engineering.
- Strong domain knowledge in Electronics hardware development.
Preferred Skills
- Design For Reliability (DFR) - Reliability Predictions/Allocations/Stress & derating analysis.
- Design for Safety Analysis (DFS) - Fault Tree Analysis and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis using software tools like using Relex, ISOGRAPH, ITEM tool kit, CAFTA.
- Knowledge on Reliability Standards like MIL_HDBK-217F, NPRD, Telcodia, PRISM, ARP 4761, 4754, & Environmental test standards DO 160D.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Mindset be an innovative and integrative thinker.
