- IT Support: Work with desktops, laptops, servers, and networks.
- Endpoint Management: Manage desktops, laptops, and IP phones.
- Server Administration: Implement and administer servers.
- Network Services: Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
- LAN Infrastructure: Basic administration of switches, firewalls, and routers.
- Service Requests: Handle service requests and incidents, analyze root causes, and meet SLA targets.
- System and Network Issues: Resolve 1st and 2nd level IT incidents and requests.
- Management Tools: Familiar with capacity and availability management tools.
- Asset Management: Manage assets and generate IT reports.
