Job Description

Inspira Enterprise India is seeking a dedicated Engineer to join our technical team. This role is ideal for an individual with a solid foundation in IT support and a keen eye for troubleshooting. You will be instrumental in providing technical assistance, managing user systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide effective troubleshooting and technical support for Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), resolving various user issues efficiently.
  • Software Application Support: Offer basic support for Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • User and Computer Management: Assist with basic user and computer management tasks within Active Directory.
  • Networking Assistance: Apply basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Ticketing System Management: Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, Freshservice) to log, track, and manage support requests.
  • Hardware Support: Provide basic support for hardware components of desktops, laptops, and peripherals, assisting with installations and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other IT team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of troubleshooting steps and solutions.

Technical Skills

  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
  • Microsoft Office 365: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Directory Services: Familiarity with Active Directory for user and computer management tasks.
  • Networking Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
  • Ticketing Systems: Experience with common ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, Freshservice).
  • Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware components of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
