Job Title Systems Engineer

The Purpose of This Role

We are seeking an M365 Engineer to manage and maintain Microsoft 365 solutionsincluding Email, Teams, One Drive and SharePointas well as plan, execute, and deliver related services and projects aligned with business objectives and user adoption.

By staying up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 updates and features, they proactively identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user productivity.

The Skills that are Key to this role - Technical / Behavioral

  • Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, tailored to organizational needs.
  • Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing, ensuring optimal performance and security of Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Troubleshooting: Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 services.
  • Data Migration: Migrate data from onpremises or legacy systems to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Automation: Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, compliance policies, and data loss prevention strategies to protect organizational data.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross functional teams to assess business requirements and recommend best practices for Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training and technical support to enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures related to Microsoft 365 services.

The Productivity and Collaboration team focuses on designing, implementing, and improving productivity and collaboration solutions to enhance overall efficiency.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: 35 years.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Microsoft 365 Expertise: Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration with a solid understanding of cloud technologies.
  • Technical Skills:
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Identity management (Azure AD)
  • Microsoft 365 security and compliance policies
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting abilities, with the capability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

Shift timings: Rotational Shift (24/7) & US Holidays only
