JD For Systems Analyst Role
- Act as first point of contact in 24/7 operations center for responding to systems alerts generated via monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with development team, to understand the issues and logs and to resolve/escalate incidents/problems.
- Collaborate with colleagues, peers, senior systems analysts, and managers to resolve/escalate incidents/problems.
- Prioritize issues based on impact and urgency, transfer or escalate where required.
- Highlight wide impact issues and coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate resolution within SLA.
- Identify similarities, patterns of repetitive tickets and flag it to Senior Systems Analyst / Managers to get a solution/workaround.
- Collaborate with L3 teams to carry out all phases of testing activities for UI, middleware and API based applications.
- Work with colleagues to provide resolution in an effective, empathic and timely manner.
- Customer focused, demonstrates empathy, even when under pressure with clear and concise communications.
- Self-motivated, team player & adaptable to new technology
- Possesses knowledge of relevant SLA's and their implications for support
Skills Relevant For The Job
- Knowledge on ITIL concepts
- Incident Management experience
- Data analytics and reporting
- API framework knowledge
- Working experience on Monitoring tools Splunk, New Relic / Any
- SQL Should be able to build & Execute queries.
- Working experience with Build tools, GIT, CI/CD Jenkins, Integration tools TIBCO
- Experience in testing activities for UI, middleware & API based applications
