Shift - Rotational shift between morning and afternoon shift
- Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise systems with a focus on Azure cloud infrastructure and Databricks environments, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance.
- Administer and optimize Azure services (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Storage, Azure AD, Security) and Databricks workspaces, including clusters, jobs, user access, and performance tuning.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate critical incidents when required.
- Plan and execute system configurations, upgrades, and changes following established change management processes.
- Perform impact analysis for hardware and software changes across production and non-production environments.
- Monitor system performance, recommend cost optimization and performance improvements for Azure and Databricks workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, operational procedures, and configuration details.
- Support security, access management, and compliance best practices across cloud and data platforms.
