This Position reports to:
Head of Business TransformationSystems Portal Manager
We are looking for a Systems Portal Manager to build and manage the intranet portal that makes the Robotics Operating System (RO-OS) visible and understandable through the Robotics organization.
In this role, you will translate organizational structures, processes, and ways of working into clear, visual, and accessible content. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and the wider business, you will ensure that employees can easily understand how Robotics operates, who is responsible for what, and how processes connect across the organization.
You will play a key role in establishing transparency and enabling collaboration by creating a central, structured, and user-friendly platform that visualizes the Robotics Operating System.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the ROOS portal to ensure clarity, consistency, intuitive navigation, and alignment with communication standards.
Translate information about structures, processes, and ways of working into clear, visual, and userfriendly content.
Collect and integrate contributions from multiple teams into a coherent, unified operating system framework.
Coordinate with the Communications function to ensure consistent visual and content presentation.
Plan and realize change management activities in alignment with RO-OS and Communication function.
Ensure transparency by clearly displaying roles, responsibilities, processes, and interdependence across Robotics.
Establish and maintain content standards, taxonomies, visual conventions, and documentation structures - including SAP Signavio standards.
Validate accuracy and completeness of content by partnering with subjectmatter experts and managing version control.
Continuously improve the portal by monitoring usage, gathering the community's feedback, and enhancing the user experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role (e.g., process management, operating model documentation, intranet/portal management).
Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio and familiarity with process documentation and governance.
Experience in process improvement and optimization initiatives.
Project management skills and ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders.
Strong structured thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear visual content.
Collaborative working style with strong attention to detail.
High level of drive, ownership, and self-motivation.
