Job Description

Job Title: System Integration Engineer (Electrical) 

Experience: >2 years 

Qualification: B.Tech – Electrical / Instrumentation or equivalent

Location: Adibatla, Hyderabad 

Job Description

We are hiring a System Integration Engineer to support hands-on electrical system integration, focused on vehicle build, wire harness preparation, integrating external and in-house developed sub-systems, testing, and debugging. The role requires strong practical skills in reading and interpreting wiring schematics and harness drawings, executing harness and integration work as per documentation, and validating system communication using standard tools and interfaces. You will also be required to understand various protocols, integrate sub-systems at power and signal level.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and integrate electrical systems as per wiring schematics, harness drawings, pinout tables, and interconnect diagrams.
  • Preparing assembly Instructions for wiring harnesses including cutting, stripping, routing, bundling, labeling, lacing, sleeving, and strain relief implementation.
  • Support installation and integration of sensors, actuators, controllers, power distribution modules, and communication wiring in a system environment.
  • Work with and debug communication links/protocols including: CAN, UAVCAN, I2C, Serial/UART (baud/config checks, wiring verification, console logs)
  • Use diagnostic and test tools confidently, including: Oscilloscope (signal checks, waveform integrity, noise/level verification); PCAN (or equivalent CAN interface tools) for CAN capture/analysis
  • Familiar with QGC (QGroundControl) / Mission Planner for setup checks, parameter verification, log download, and basic configuration validation
  • Experience working with standard instruments: multimeter, clamp meter, continuity tester, power supplies, etc.

Preferred / Good to Have 

  • Experience in UAV/robotics/embedded systems integration environment. 
  • Experience working with integration test checklists and structured debug workflows. 
  • Experience working on Harness design tools such as Rapid Harness
  • Experience developing vehicle integration diagrams including power, data and signals 
  • Experience working on end-to-end integration of VTOL or multi-copter platforms
  • Experience with the Ardupilot ecosystem.
