System Integration Engineer

Design & Build AI Workflows in Platform (Moveworks/Leena/Resolve) Create intents, actions, and runbooks/playbooks; configure connectors; implement decision logic; apply prompt/parameter patterns that drive deterministic automation.

Systems Integration & APIs Build and maintain experience APIs, webhooks, and integration layers connecting ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, O365/Teams, Identity, and other enterprise systems.

Quality, Testing & Release Perform tests, manage sandbox-to-prod promotion, enable feature flags, and participate in UAT with AI Experience Architect; maintain versioning and rollback plans.

Security, Compliance & Observability Apply least-privilege, secrets management, logging/metrics/traceability; support audits and change control.

Performance & Reliability Monitor latency, success/containment rates of actions, error budgets; tune prompts, retries, and fallbacks.

Collaboration & Documentation Partner with AI Business Analyst and Conversational Designer inputs; produce technical docs, runbooks, and re-usable patterns/templates.
