Job Title: Travel Domain System Implementation Executive

Experience:3 Years

Location:Client Site -Mumbai

Employment Type:Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientedSystem Implementation Executive (Travel Domain)who willbe responsible fordeploying and implementing our travel technology solutions at the client site The candidate will also support product demonstrations and coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure travel domain software solutions at the client site.
  • Understand client requirements and align system setup accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and product teams for successful deployment.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and first-level support during and post-implementation.
  • Assistin user training and documentation preparation.
  • Ensuretimelyproject delivery andmaintainimplementation timelines.
  • Act as a point of contact between the client and internal teams.

Tech Stack / Technical Skills Required:

Core Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Web Applications & SaaS Platforms
  • BasicSQLknowledge (SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE for data validation)
  • Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
  • Experience with API testing tools likePostman
  • Basic knowledge of JSON & XML
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data validation

Travel Domain Knowledge (Preferred):

  • Experience with travel booking systems (B2B / B2C platforms)
  • Understanding of GDS platforms such as:
  • Amadeus
  • Sabre
  • Travelport
  • Knowledge of flight and hotel booking workflows
  • Understanding of itinerary creation, markup configuration & commission setup

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in the Travel Domain (preferably in system implementation or operations).
  • Strong communicationand presentation skills (for demos and client interactions).
  • Ability to work independently at client locations.
  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in travel ERP or travel technology platforms
  • Exposure to client handling and demo presentations
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems
  • Exposure to ticketing and travel operations
