We are looking for an experienced Engineering System Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of engineering & design software across our Oil & Gas projects. The role will focus on digital transformation, automation, and cost optimization while ensuring smooth cross-discipline support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate latest engineering software & industry enhancements, recommend adoption.
- Coordinate with discipline heads to optimize software access, licensing & budgets.
- Lead system administrators & 3D coordinators for troubleshooting & standardization.
- Drive automation & digital initiatives (including Digital Twin) to reduce man-hours.
- Ensure software upgrades, validation, and records are maintained.
- Collaborate with IT & project teams to provide hardware, network & operational support.
- Prepare departmental & training budgets, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Engineering discipline (Management qualification preferred).
- 15+ years experience in Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas projects with EPC contractors/consultants.
- Strong knowledge of engineering & design software.
- Proven experience in software budgeting, costing, and implementation.
- Excellent leadership, communication & cross-disciplinary coordination skills.
