Job Description

• Participate in knowledge nugget creation
• Leading systems engineering process and technology transformation initiatives
• Analyzing and assessing SE processes and identifying improvement areas basis Industry maturity standards such as ASPICE
• Support SE process, methodology and tool concept creation and refinement
• Handling stakeholders, managing change, communication
• Assisting in pre sales activities for new SE project opportunities in a consulting services environment
• Process design (BPMN) with MS Visio or other tools
• Documentation quality review
• Documentation and information/data flow redesign
• Awareness of below
  • Systems Engineering
  • Requirements Engineering
  • Configuration Management
  • Quality Management & Compliance (A-SPICE, ISO-26262, Cyber Security)
  • Test & Defect Management

Primary Skills

• Knowledge of systems engineering development processes (V model)
• Knowledge of SE artifacts such as Requirement documents, Software req specifications, UML/SysML artifacts and simulation, verification and validation reports etc
• Hands on (Model Based) Systems Engineering Experience
• Relevant tool knowledge is a plus (Cameo, Capella, Vector)
• Relevant certificates (A-SPICE, INCOSE) is a plus

Secondary Skills

• All relevant industry backgrounds such as automotive, aerospace, manufacturing
• Supporting change management initiatives and transformation experience is desirable
