Job Description

Major Responsibilities

• Maintain and support of our On-premise NetApp environment
• Maintain and support of our Hypervisor Environment VMWare & Azure Local
• Maintain and support AWS and Azure Cloud storage services.
• Support in different migration and rollout projects
• Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner
• Work closely with customer to implement and/or consult requested solutions
• Work closely with IT security to maintain and monitor the company's privacy

Skills and Competencies

• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
• Deep knowledge of On-Premises and Cloud Netapp technology.
• Understand Cloud and Hybrid Storage solutions like Azure Files Sync and Azure Files, Blob storage solutions
• Deep knowledge in implementing Hypervisor solutions ESXi & Azure Local (Hyper-V)
• Knowledge about basic core infrastructure services and protocols, including DNS, SMTP, DHCP, and NTP.
• Familiarity with Powershell, Bash, Terraform, Github and other/similar (scripting/automation)
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated infrastructure reports to management and other IT development partners.
• Able to communicate in English Language (listening, writing, speaking)

Knowledge and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field
• VMware Certifications
• Azure Certifications
• Netapp Certifications

Work Experience

5+ years of experience
