Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled and experienced System Engineer – L3 to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will handle advanced troubleshooting, ensure system stability, and support cloud and virtualization environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for complex technical issues and escalations
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory (AD)
- Administer Microsoft 365 (O365) and Intune
- Support and manage Azure & AWS cloud environments
- Handle virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V
- Perform system monitoring, patching, and upgrades
- Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical infrastructure issues
- Guide and support L1/L2 teams
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Windows Server & Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with O365 and Intune
- Good knowledge of Azure & AWS
- Experience in VMware & Hyper-V
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to handle high-priority incidents
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, AWS, VMware) are a plus
