Job Title: System Engineer – L2

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled System Engineer – L2 to manage and support IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of technical issues. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a night shift setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Handle Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 operations
- Perform basic virtualization management (Hyper-V/VMware)
- Monitor and manage backup processes and recovery
- Provide L2 support and advanced troubleshooting
- Work with RMM tools and ticketing systems for issue tracking
- Ensure system performance, security, and availability
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex technical issues
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory
- Experience in DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware)
- Familiarity with backup solutions and monitoring tools
- Hands-on experience in L2 troubleshooting
- Exposure to RMM tools and ticketing platforms
- Good communication and documentation skills
