Key Responsibilities
- Support Windows 11 and user accounts (AD, M365, GSuite)
- Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Manage software installations and updates
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ticket logs

Preferred Certificate
- M365 Associate, CompTIA A+, Google IT Support
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3- 5 years of experience in IT support or System Administration.
