System Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Engineer to join our team at Kochi location. The ideal candidate will have over 6month to 2 years of experience in end user techincal support, resolving hardware and software issues, asset management.

Job Requirements:

- Proficient in Hardware & Software, Windows Server (2022), Windows 7/10/11.

- Skilled in Active Directory tasks such as account management and password resets.

- Collaboration with IT team to oversee network infrastructure.

- Provision of end-user technical support, promptly resolving hardware and software issues.

- Assistance in server installation, configuration, and maintenance.

- Resolution of Configuration and Wi-Fi issues in Unifi.

- Implementation of security protocols for data protection and compliance.

- Contribution to IT projects and upgrades.

- Monitoring system performance for optimal efficiency.

- Documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting procedures for team knowledge sharing.

- Asset Management.
