System Engineer-Atlassian

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Atlassian products, including Jira, JSM, Confluence, and JSM Assets
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Troubleshoot and resolve Atlassian product issues
• Migrate Atlassian products from data center to cloud
• Automate tasks using Atlassian products
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues to identify and resolve issues
• Provide training and support to users on Atlassian products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4-8 years of experience working with Atlassian's suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to break down complex issues and requirements into actionable items
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• In-depth experience with automations in Atlassian products
• Experience with data center and cloud instances of Atlassian products
• Knowledge of cloud migrations for Atlassian products

• Atlassian certifications (e.g., Atlassian Cloud Organization Admin, Jira Administration for Cloud, Managing Jira Service Projects for Cloud)
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Experience with Azure/Entra ID and Active Directory as identity providers
• Experience with implementations and management of application links and tunnels
