The Zoho Platform & Integration Specialist will be the dedicated technical expert responsible for configuring, maintaining, and integrating the entire Zoho ecosystem supporting the Company's India launch. This role is crucial for converting leads into event registrations and managing seamless payment flows for B2B affiliates and event attendees.
2. Technical Responsibilities & Zoho ExpertiseThe specialist will focus on the end-to-end functionality of the core marketing and event stack, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Zoho Backstage Management:
- Configuration & Deployment: Full setup and deployment of Zoho Backstage for all multi-city launch events and workshops. This includes setting up the event microsites, agenda builders, speaker portals, and managing event zones/session capacity.
- Ticketing & Registration: Configure complex ticket tiers, discount codes, RSVP approval workflows, and manage attendee data within the Backstage environment.
- Payment Gateway Integration:
- Zoho Payment Integration: Implement and maintain UPI, WhatsApp, and Credit Card payment gateways (using a combination of Zoho Payments, Checkout, and/or third-party services like Razorpay/Stripe through Zoho integration tools) within the ticketing system.
- Financial Flow: Ensure accurate data capture and reconciliation of registration fees and ticket sales into the finance system (e.g., Zoho Books or Zoho CRM).
- Digital Marketing & Automation (DMP):
- Email & SMS: Configure automated communication workflows using Zoho Campaigns or equivalent tools for reminders, follow-ups, and post-event nurture sequences, ensuring high deliverability.
- Telephony Integration: Integrate call center telephony solutions with the lead management platform (e.g., Zoho CRM/SalesIQ) to enable the 6 FTE team to track and log high-touch lead conversions.
- Data Integrity: Design and manage data synchronization workflows (e.g., using Zoho Flow/Deluge Scripting) to ensure real-time data accuracy between Backstage (Event Data) and CRM (Lead Data).
3. Required Qualifications & Attributes- Experience (Mandatory):Minimum of 1-2 years of proven, hands-on experience in a similar domain focused on the Zoho ecosystem, specifically managing event logistics or integrated marketing operations.
- Platform Expertise:
- Deep working knowledge of Zoho Backstage is essential.
- Strong familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Flow (or Deluge Scripting), and Zoho Bookings/Scheduler integration.
- Technical Problem-Solver: Must have a high level of technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration and payment gateway failures independently and quickly in a time-sensitive launch environment.
- Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a remote team setting, demonstrating excellent asynchronous communication skills (written English) and self-management.
- Language: Proficient written and verbal English communication is essential for technical documentation and internal team collaboration.
