Job Title: SCOM Expert

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 5-10 Years

Job Type : Contract to hire.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners.

Mandatory Skills:

  • JD : Expert Hands-on experience in System Center Operation Manager Administration. Proven track record in SCOM troubleshooting
  • Perfmon knowledge
  • Must be able to work with custom monitor, rules and create SCOM management packs.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the virtualization platforms VMware , Hyper-V (best is Wintel).
  • Required for SCCM
  • Expert Hands-on experience in System Center Client Manager Administration. Proven track record in SCCM troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge of SCCM reporting.
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Ability to make quick decisions, assume leadership without supervision, able to assume a role of authority as necessary.
  • A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
  • Effective analysis: Ability to listen, analyze and summarize.
  • Ability to work in stressful situations. Conflict management skills is a plus.
  • Customer and team-work oriented.
  • Outstanding communication skills. Excellent English written and oral communication skills

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Around 10 years of overall Experience with minimum 5 years in the required area

Required:

  • Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft SCOM.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and database troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with Azure.
