Competing against the other global behemoths, we have carved a niche for our Hydrogen Sensor product line in the international market with our patented technologies. Our mission is to push the boundaries of our technologies by creating high-performance Analog Front-End (AFE) data acquisition systems for sensors and impedance measurement solutions. While we are building a strong team to progress our cutting edge sensing technologies on a MEMS platform (close engagement with premier research institutions in India), we are now focussing on developing in-house electronics chip building capabilities. We're looking for a passionate and self-driven System Application Leadto join our dynamic team and take ownership of critical design challenges. The Company has recently secured a healthy Seed Round of funding and has also been approved for the Design Linked Incentive scheme of MeitY, which shall fuel our next stage of growth.

Role Overview

As a System Application Engineer (staff/senior staff) you will be the technical face of our next-generation Gas Sensing Solution employing our state of the art MEMS Sensor and Analog Front-End (AFE) chip family. You will take ownership in translating high-level customer problems into complete, production-ready reference designs. Drawing on deep mixed-signal expertise, you will create evaluation boards, application notes, design tools and in-field demos that accelerate customer design-in and showcase our Gas Sensor + AFE SoC's competitive edge. Your insights will directly shape product and silicon road-maps and go-to-market collateral

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the reference design strategy where you will define, architect and deliver PCB + firmware reference designs that solve real customer use-cases for Gas Sensing Applications.
  • Engage with end-customers to distil application requirements, performance gaps and emerging trends.
  • Collateral creation author application notes, user guides, BOMs, schematics, simulation models and embedded drivers
  • Design, bring-up and validate evaluation boards; implement automated test scripts for performance verification
  • Capture field learnings, benchmark competition, and feed quantitative data back to marketing & design
  • Present at webinars, industry forums and author technical blogs to position our Gas Sensing Solution as the reference platform

What We're Looking For

  • B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. in EE/ECE with 8+ years experience in system applications engineering for mixed-signal ICs and sensing solutions. with at least one end-to-end AFE, data-acquisition or sensor-interface product in volume production
  • Proven track record creating reference designs/eval boards and associated collateral for tier-1 customers
  • Expert knowledge of analog signal-chains (ADC/DAC, PGAs, low-noise amps, sensor excitation), embedded MCU/RISC-V or ARM subsystems, and precision power supplies
  • Hands-on proficiency with PCB design, lab instrumentation, scripting (Python/LabVIEW), and C/C++ firmware
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to convey complex trade-offs to both executives and design engineers
  • Experience in industrial or automotive sensor systems with strict EMC/EMI and safety compliance

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with IEC 61010, IEC 60079, ISO 13485 or IEC 61508, ISO 26262 functional-safety flows
  • Knowledge of sensor technologies (e.g., MEMS, piezoelectric, or capacitive sensors).
  • Digital signal processing (DSP) , AI/ML techniques for sensor data processing.
