We are seeking a highly skilled System and Design Group Manager to lead our system design team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing design projects and driving innovation in system architecture.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in system design and management.
- Proficiency in design methodologies and tools such as UML, SysML, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
