System Analyst

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements and system specifications.
• Design and implement system solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities and improve user experience.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for systems and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in systems analysis or a related role.
• Proficient in SQL and database management systems.
• Experience with data modeling and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is a plus.
