8–12+ years overall experience as a Business / Systems Analyst
Strong experience working in Commercial Banking / Commercial Lending environments
Proven expertise in requirements discovery, business process analysis, and functional specification
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models (user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog grooming)
Ability to translate complex business workflows into clear functional requirements
Strong stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and technology teams
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, Discovery‑heavy programs
Job Responsibilities
Lead functional Discovery (6 weeks): document AS‑IS processes, identify gaps, and define TO‑BE workflows
Analyze and document credit fee calculation, adjustment, and exception handling scenarios
Define functional scope, business rules, edge cases, and non‑functional considerations
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and requirement clarification for delivery teams
Partner with Tech Leads and architects to ensure functional intent is correctly translated into solution design
Support UAT planning, execution, and business sign‑off activities
Good to Have
Experience in credit products, pricing, fees, or servicing/origination workflows
Prior experience in large enterprise or Tier‑1 banking transformation programs
Exposure to integration‑heavy platforms and API‑based solutions
Experience supporting regulatory, audit, or risk‑sensitive processes
