Job Title: MuleSoft Project Manager
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a MuleSoft Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of API-led integration initiatives using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- The role requires deep experience in managing multi-stream delivery, working closely with architects, developers, QA teams, customer stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- The candidate must be strong in governance, planning, customer communication, risk management, and driving outcomes in fast-paced, enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications:
- 7–12+ years of IT project management experience with 3–5+ years delivering integration projects (preferably MuleSoft).
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and scaled delivery (SAFe or similar).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of MuleSoft integration programs across multiple business domains.Own project lifecycle from initiation to release: charter, scope, timelines, budget, risk, and communications.
- Establish and run Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning/reviews, demos, retros) and stage gates for governance.
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, dependency maps, and communication plans.
- Conduct governance meetings: SteerCos, Weekly status, Sprint demos, and retrospectives.
- Manage change requests, commercial discussions, scope clarifications, and customer escalations.
- Strong understanding of API-led architecture, RAML design, Mule runtime, CloudHub, VPC/VPN, API Manager, and Anypoint Exchange.
- Manage the resources track their work and leaves raise the invoices on time.
- Guide teams on best practices, standards, reusable assets, and delivery frameworks.
- Oversee environment strategy (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod), CloudHub/Runtime Fabric deployments, VPCs, shared load balancers, and IP whitelisting.
- Coordinate CI/CD pipelines for Mule apps (e.g., Jenkins/Azure DevOps), automated testing (MUnit), and quality gates.
- Track and report budget, forecast, burn, and variance; optimize resource allocation.
- Provide transparent reporting on progress, velocity, quality metrics, and risk posture to leadership.
- Lead cross-functional distributed teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, Architects, Analysts).
- Manage onboarding, work allocation, performance tracking, and team productivity.
- Support recruitment planning, interviews, and competency building across the practice.
