We at Seller Delight & Growth team (SDG) are seeking a competent, curious, resourceful, and experienced Analyst to supercharge our analytical capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to independently deliver complex analytics projects. This role has high leadership visibility and requires efficient communication with tech & non-tech stakeholders.

In this role, you will help identify, track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), partner with the internal and external teams to identify root-causes and automate iterative workflows using Amazon's tools.

Key job responsibilities

Solve complex and broad business problems with analytically derived solutions, applying analytical best practices.

Lead deep dives working backwards from business hypotheses and anecdotes & build visualizations and automation to reduce iterative manual efforts.

Automate workflows using Amazon tools to improve sales teams productivity.

Simplify and automate reporting while building data solutions to have maximum scale, self-service ability by stakeholders and improve productivity

Effectively collaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams in a large organization.

The job requires you to hit the ground running and your ability to learn quickly and work on disparate and overlapping tasks will define your success

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance)

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in data analytics
  • Experience of working with SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight) in a business environment
  • Impeccable attention to detail and passion for end-to-end processes optimization
  • Strong ownership and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as business analyst, data analyst or similar role

Proficiency in Python

Knowledge of Java, JSON and Amazon Technologies: AWS S3, RS, Lambda
