Job Role: Member - IT Services

Experience: 2-3 Years

Job Description:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Linux / Windows environment with the following skills:

1. Installation, configuration, and hardening of Linux operating systems Configuration of various daemons such as NFS, Samba, print server, Apache, cron jobs, iptables, LVM, and RAID Package installation in Linux Performance.

2. Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve slowness issues at both the application and hardware levels Basic knowledge of hardware and software-based storage solutions.

3. Hardware evaluation: Assess new hardware and recommend its appropriate use based on organizational needs Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking, including troubleshooting and understanding of latest hardware technologies Knowledge of Windows environment for basic installation and client-level troubleshooting Knowledge of virtualization environments.

4. Ticketing system experience: Proficient in using ticketing tools and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) for timely ticket resolution.
