Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for internal IT support requests and incident resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to company computers, servers, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring local area network (LAN), VPN, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts, security groups, and access permissions.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and system updates.
- Perform routine maintenance on servers, backups, and patch management systems.
- Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
- Assist with endpoint security, antivirus management, and compliance monitoring.
- Ensure all internal IT operations comply with company security policies and HIPAA standards.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 24 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network operations.
- Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Experience managing VPNs, remote access, and endpoint security solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and file permissions management.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.
Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Azure Administrator Associate
- Familiarity with HIPAA and security compliance frameworks
Location: Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli) (Complete WFO)
Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
