Job Description

Role : Systems Administration


1. Role Purpos

eThe System Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the organisation's IT systems and infrastructure. The role ensures system reliability, security, and performance while providing technical support to users and contributing to automation and cloud initiatives

2. Key Responsibiliti

esSystems Administrati

  • onManage and maintain server hardware, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and system softwar
  • e.Perform system installations, configuration changes, and version upgrade
  • s.Administer Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and manage user identities and acces
  • s.Maintain endpoint devices using Intune, Autopilot, and MDM solution
  • s.Ensure proper execution of data backup processes and support recovery activitie
  • s.Assist in disaster recovery planning and implementatio
  • n.Support and manage SQL Server / PostgreSQL environment
  • s.Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and support network hardwar

e.Cloud & Automati

  • onSupport cloud operations in Azure and AWS environment
  • s.Work alongside the AWS Security/DevOps team on cloud-related task
  • s.Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system managemen
