Required Skills
- Experience:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in IT support, particularly with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive administration.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and synchronization tools such as Azure AD Connect.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and network issues.
