We are looking for a System Administrator.
What you will do:
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Troubleshoot user issues with computers, software, printers, and connectivity.
- Manage system updates, security patches, firewalls, and antivirus protections.
- Run regular backups and ensure reliable recovery processes.
- Handle user account and access management (active directory or similar).
- Setup and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers (hardware/software procurement)
Key Skills:
- Proficiency with Windows environments.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with system security and endpoint protection.
- Familiarity with user and identity management systems.
- Backup and disaster recovery management.
- Hardware setup and troubleshooting
