We're Hiring: System Administrator
We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will manage and optimise the company's internal IT ecosystem, ensuring our engineering and product teams have secure, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure to support their work.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage developer workstations (primarily Windows-based systems) and maintain IT asset inventory.
- Administer internal Linux development servers and virtualisation environments using VMware.
- Maintain and optimise office network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Ensure secure connectivity for distributed teams through VPN access and network security practices.
- Manage identity and access systems such as Microsoft Active Directory and Google Workspace.
- Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding and manage access provisioning.
- Implement endpoint security solutions and ensure systems remain patched and compliant.
- Lead the internal IT support/helpdesk function and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Required Skills
- Strong experience managing Linux environments (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows systems.
- Expertise in networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, and routing.
- Hands-on experience with virtualisation platforms like VMware ESXi and VMware vCenter.
- Experience managing SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and infrastructure management skills.
