The essence of the role

  • 3+ Year experience.
  • Build and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, ensuring that industry best practices are at the forefront of every activity.
  • Design and implement complex business process automations as a dedicated Flow specialist, spanning debugging, building, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure all platform developments align with enterprise architecture and organizational standards.
  • Provide a the highest standard of internal customer support to business stakeholders, resolving issues from user administration and data updates to system analysis.
  • Optimize existing Salesforce functionalities by proactively troubleshooting, debugging, and refining processes where needed.
  • Contribute to reports and dashboards enablement
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and supporting release processes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem and drive business efficiency.
  • Build and maintain stable working relationships internally to effectively translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions.

Who are you

  • An enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator, who can demonstrate a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools and a commitment to maintaining high standards of system integrity.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, with the ability to design, debug, and deploy complex automation logic.
  • Excellent in internal customer support, including user management, data governance, and system analysis.
  • Ability to troubleshoot end users issues, ensuring a reliable experience for all business users.
  • Experience contributing to documentation and release management cycles within a professional environment.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (required). Advanced Administrator and Security Specialist certifications are considered a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and build strong, stable working relationships across different departments.
  • Fluent English for effective communication with technical team members and business stakeholders.
