Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Administrator Desktop Support Specialist, located in Kochi. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support, managing desktop computers and systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless system administration. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining optimal technical performance, enhancing user satisfaction, and ensuring system reliability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining desktop computers and associated peripherals
• Strong skills in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Desk Top Support functions
• Experience with System Administration and managing IT infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with the ability to assist and guide users
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous
• Relevant certifications CCNA, MCITP etc
