Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator with 2.5–3 years of experience in managing Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Active Directory, networking, firewall management, virtualization, and end-user support, along with hands-on experience in Office 365, G-Suite, and Azure administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Windows Server Administration

• Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPOs), DHCP, and DNS.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Cloud & Identity Management

• Administer Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, licenses, and email security.
• Manage Azure AD, MDM, MAM, Intune, and Jamf for device/application management.
• Implement and monitor Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and SSO integrations.

Networking & Security

• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, and wireless networks.
• Manage and monitor firewalls (preferably Fortinet) and network security policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot 3CX phone systems and IP telephony.

Hardware & Peripheral Management

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and CCTV/IP cameras.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.

Virtualization & Backup

• Manage VMware / Hyper-V environments for server virtualization.
• Monitor and maintain backup & recovery solutions for business continuity.

IT Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide L2/L3 support for end-user issues, system errors, and connectivity problems.
• Document technical processes and maintain an IT knowledge base.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2.5–3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and File Server Management.
• Expertise in Office 365, G-Suite, Azure AD, Intune, MDM/MAM, Jamf.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN).
• Experience in managing Fortinet firewalls.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
