Role Overview

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, ensure smooth functioning of systems, and provide technical support across the organization. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support and system administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals
  • Manage email accounts, user access, and permissions
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding IT setup for employees
  • Maintain IT inventory and track system usage
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams
  • Ensure basic system security and data backup practices

Eligibility, Experience

  • 1 year of experience in System Administration, IT Support
  • Diploma, Bachelor`s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Skillset

Core Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac OS environments
  • Familiarity with email systems (Google Workspace, Outlook)
  • Understanding of user management and access control

Technical Skills

  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Experience with system setup and configuration
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing tools (preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to cloud tools or admin consoles
  • Basic understanding of security practices and data protection
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
