About the Role

We're looking for a proactive System Administrator with 23 years of hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure and ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers

Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Handle backups, patching, and disaster recovery

Support virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

Provide L2 technical support and maintain IT documentation

Assist with basic AWS/Azure cloud administration

Requirements:

23 years of system administration experience

Strong knowledge of Windows Server/Linux

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing)

Basic scripting (PowerShell/Bash)

Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
