Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Syniti Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in Syniti ADM (Advanced Data Migration Management) and ADMM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end data migration projects and a solid understanding of data quality, data governance, and SAP data migration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end data migration activities using Syniti tools
- Work extensively on Syniti ADM / ADMM platform for data extraction, transformation, and load
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams across modules (e.g., SAP)
- Define and implement data migration strategies, templates, and rules
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout migration cycles
- Handle mock loads, dress rehearsals, and cutover activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during migration phases
- Prepare documentation for migration processes and data validation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Syniti (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in Syniti ADM / ADMM
- Proven experience in data migration projects (SAP preferred)
- Experience in data mapping, transformation logic, and data validation
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data quality frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Syniti
- Syniti Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in Data Migration projects
Good to Have:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects
- Knowledge of data governance and master data management
- Exposure to LTMC / LTMOM / Migration Cockpit
- Experience working in agile environments
