Job Description

Symbion Life Science, a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to therapeutic innovation and superior healthcare solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building brand influence, and leading the launch of our oncology products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

o Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

o Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Relationship Building:

o Establish and nurture strong relationships with Key Business Leaders and Key Opinion Leaders in the pharmaceutical industry.

o Represent the company and promote our products effectively to key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.

Institutional Sales:

o Drive institutional sales by identifying and targeting key accounts, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, and government institutions.

o Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs and requirements of institutional customers.

o Negotiate contracts and agreements with institutional clients to secure business partnerships and maximize sales opportunities.

Brand Launch and Promotion:

o Lead the launch of new brands in the oncology segment, including planning and execution of promotional activities.

o Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs teams to develop effective marketing strategies and promotional materials.

o Ensure brand positioning and influence in the market through strategic promotional activities.

Qualifications:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm degree or equivalent qualification in pharmaceutical sales or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in the Oncology Division.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in the pharmaceutical industry (Oncology Division).

Excellent understanding of the region, doctors, chemists, Institutional influencers etc. and had good relation with them.

Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing principles within the oncology domain, coupled with the ability to develop and execute highly effective integrated strategies.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies. In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, especially in the oncology segment.
