Description
We are looking for a skilled Sweeper/Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in the field of cleaning and maintenance. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and other public areas
- Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste
- Dusting and polishing surfaces
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in cleaning and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal
