Responsibilities:

Research:

• Conduct research across different asset classes to understand market trends.
• Maintain models and prepare pre- and post-quarterly analysis.
• Create and monitor sectoral trackers.
• Provide actionable insights for investment alignment.

Benchmark Management:

• Measure performance of research model portfolios against benchmarks and peers.
• Evaluate ULIP fund performance against market benchmarks.
• Monitor ROI for non-linked portfolios.
• Provide regular, accurate data to senior management.

Governance:

• Adhere to compliance requirements for marketing and investment activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting standards are maintained.

Products & Reporting:

• Large and mid-cap model portfolios that outperform benchmarks.
• Tactical investment calls and monthly outlook write-ups.
• Presentations for ISC, IC, Board, and Marketing teams.
• Conduct annual report analysis and ESG analysis.
