Job Title: Sustainability & Systems Integration Analyst

Team: Commercial Sustainability - Enablement and Business Support

Our Enablement and Business Support team ensures sustainability commitments are delivered through robust systems and accurate data, creating a single source of truth for all stakeholders.
About The Role
This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining systems that deliver accurate, timely sustainability data and responses across multiple stakeholders. You will optimize digital tools, automate workflows, and integrate data streams to ensure efficiency and transparency in sustainability processes.
Key Responsibilities
- System & Process Optimization
- Configure and enhance platforms such as Salesforce and other digital tools for sustainability case tracking and reporting.
- Develop automated workflows and templates to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain governance and documentation for sustainability-related systems.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Ensure consistent and timely responses to inquiries from ESG platforms (e.g., SEDEX, Ecovadis) and other stakeholder requests.
- Track and escalate cases using structured categories and system-driven workflows.
- Data & Reporting
- Integrate data across ESG and commercial systems to support dashboards and analytics.
- Deliver insights and summaries for leadership and external disclosures.
- Enablement & Training
- Provide training and troubleshooting for sustainability tools and processes.
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT for system improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in business support, IT coordination, or sustainability operations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), Microsoft Office 365, and workflow automation tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in sustainability and digital enablement.
Competencies
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) and process optimization.
- Familiarity with language models or AI-driven document handling for response generation.
- Ability to work with data integration and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Collaborative and proactive approach.
