Title: Sustainability Reporting & Assurance Manager
Scope: Supporting in the reporting of the mandatory regulatory sustainability frameworks as CSRD and ISSB globally.

You will become part of the delivery service engine
behind TMICC's hero brands, and will have the opportunity to implement new solutions and processes alongside an innovative tech stack.
JOB PURPOSE: Support the end-to-end sustainability reporting process, ensuring compliance with ESRS standards and evolving other mandatory regulatory sustainability reporting frameworks like ISSB. Collaborate across multi-disciplined teams to deliver high-quality data and disclosures in compliance with the frameworks and supports in assurance readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Key contact for multi-disciplinary internal stakeholders on data delivery under the sustainability frameworks
- Coordinate data collection, validation, and metric calculations as required under the sustainability framework and assess for compliance
- Manage metric and narrative sign-off workflows, tools, and reporting calendars
- Maintain and update the Double Materiality Assessment, Basis of Preparations and other related documentation
- Involved in the reporting of the sustainability statements
- Support climate scenario modeling, keep the model up to date
- Assess and calculate EU taxonomy eligibility and alignment; prepare disclosures
- Supports in drafting and validating ESG narratives, including claims and roll-forwards.

- Supports in sustainability audit of external auditor.
- Drive integration with financial reporting, internal audit, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drives continuous improvement in the reporting and assurance process.
Tips: Include reference to the business functions/markets are key for partnership, as well as any line management responsibilities if appliable.
Experience
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Must Have
- 7+ years of work experience
- Audit experience at Big 4 company, preferably sustainability audit
- Project management
- Excellent communication skills Analytical skills

- University, Masters degree, Chartered Accountant, sustainability related is preferred
