Responsibilities
Job descriptions:
- Carry out building performance modeling and analysis such as energy, daylight, solar, ventilation, thermal comfort etc.;
- Assist project delivery in sustainability engineering, such as green building assessment and certification (BEAM Plus, LEED, China Green Building etc.), sustainable design and planning, energy study etc.;
- Prepare technical reports, presentation and other project deliverables
Requirements:
- Experience with sustainable design modeling software is preferred (eQuest, IES, Fluent, Phoenics, etc).
- Knowledge of LEED or other green building rating systems is preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary;
- Self-motivated and hardworking;
- Min. 4 years of experience for the position of Engineer.
Qualifications
Degree in Built Environment / Building Services Engineering / Energy Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Environmental Engineering.
BGV:
- Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (BGV) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
