We are actively seeking a highly strategic and experienced Sustainability Advisory Specialist to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role calls for an MBA with 6-10 years of experience in sustainability consulting, particularly focusing on resource efficiency, circular economy, ESG governance, carbon accounting, and sustainability frameworks. The ideal candidate will plan and lead comprehensive sustainability advisory projects in areas like resource efficiency, renewable energy, and cleaner production. You'll be instrumental in integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) facets and global mandates (GHG, CDP, IR, GRI, TCFD), developing robust ESG frameworks & reporting, and expertly managing clients & teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Strategy: Plan & lead sustainability advisory projects with a focus on resource efficiency, renewable energy, and cleaner production, delivering impactful and innovative solutions.
- ESG Integration & Global Mandates: Integrate ESG facets into business strategies and ensure alignment with global mandates and reporting standards such as GHG (Greenhouse Gas Protocol), CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), IR (Integrated Reporting), GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), and TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures).
- ESG Frameworks & Reporting: Develop, implement, and manage robust ESG frameworks & reporting mechanisms, ensuring transparency and compliance for clients.
- Client & Team Management: Effectively manage clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique sustainability challenges. Provide strong team management, mentoring and guiding consultants to deliver high-quality advisory services.
- Specialized Consulting: Apply deep expertise in sustainability consulting areas including resource efficiency, circular economy, ESG governance, and carbon accounting to provide tailored solutions.
Skills
- MBA with 6-10 years of experience in sustainability consulting.
